Mahesh

Mahesh has over a decade's experience in the field of Human Resources Management. He has had successful stints at top-notch IT firms including Crompton Greaves, Deutsche Software and i2 Technologies, heading their HR divisions at various levels. Having played a major role in accomplishing critical global search assignments, he brings in a lot of experience in Staffing in Mid / Senior level and HR advisory areas. His current role at Aavishkaar involves, front ending the company in business development and operations, with prime focus on Staffing, Business Consulting and HR Consulting Services.

Ravishankar

Ravishankar has over a decade of rich experience in various roles like Head-HR, Competency Manager and OD Manager. His expertise lies in being a Specialist providing Strategic & Tactical direction to organizations in Talent Acquisition, Motivation, Retention and Performance Management and Business growth strategies. He has had pretty successful stints at THBS as HR - Head, being integral to integrating and implementing HR Strategy & Systems into the Business Strategies. He has also been a Technical consultant with Logica-CMG for their Pan-India talent search. At Aavishkaar his role involves providing direction and end-to-end support in formulating and implementing Business Strategy and HR related solutions for specific client's needs.

Vijayashree

At the helm of managing the entire backend procedures, Vijayashree is responsible for foreseeing client requirements, managing delivery schedules and interfacing between client and backend staff. Adept at branding and PR, Vijayashree has been at the helm of communications for firms such as IPAN (a unit of J.Walter Thompson), Way2Wealth Securities, etc. Vijayashree has immense experience and expertise in areas of creative writing for various media; and is additionally responsible for effective communications strategies for clients on a need basis.
